Speedy Gonzales...

I am not. However, Isaac and I both had great runs tonite. We both ran 5k separately. I improved my 5k time by 5 mintues somehow (from 42 minutes to 37 minutes). I have no idea how since I haven't run since last week and that was at 42 minutes. Isaac on the other hand managed to keep an 8 minute/mile pace for his entire 5k. Yeah!!!
We have a 5k race this weekend in Baltimore. Can't wait!
