A birthday crown for a special birthday boy

Isaac's godson is turning 1 on Monday, so taking a page from SouleMama, I made him a birthday crown. Unfortunately we won't be at his birthday party next weekend, but hopefully the crown will make the celebration just a little more special. Hopefully it will fit him too - I have no idea how big a one year old's head it, so I made it to fit the bottom 5% of the growth charts up to a size that's off the charts.

Details: Wool felt crown, 17.5" in circumference (felt only), hand embroidered 1, everything else machine sewn, tie made from 1" grossgrain ribbon folded in half.
