Not a good title

I am starting to get a little frustrated with my back tack sendee. I sent her an email last week with a bunch of questions and she still has not gotten back to me. She had an injury that was going to impeed her typing abilities, but she has put up 2 or 3 posts since then, so I'm not really sure what's going on. I need some clues as to what type of kit to put together for her. If she doesn't respond soon, it's going to be a needle felting kit for her (which she may or may not already know how to do and may or may not have any interest in). She already knits, spins, dyes and fulls, so I am having a hard time. Any suggestions? Something completely non-wool related?

edit 9/29/2005: I left a comment on my sendee's blog and she replied immediately! Yeah!!! My email probably got classified as spam, which explains why she never got it (and hopefully she doesn't read this and figure out that it's her!)

I did start the bag for my back tack sendee. I went to the thrift store the other day and bought a 100% merino wool Eddie Bauer sweater. Then I went home and put it in a pillowcase, put the whole thing in the washer with a little detergent and ended up with a nice fulled sweater (I took pictures, but they turned out badly, so I'll skip posting them). I have an idea in mind from a couple of resources. I just have to find the time to sit down and work on it.

Ok, so this post is really boring.

I found out yesterday that my sister had a booth at last weekends Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago. Yeah for her!

It really seems like a simple set of rules for Back-Tack, doesn't it...but its hard I guess for some folks to follow them. I've not heard from my buddy yet -sigh - and I'm beginning to wonder if she's really out there. On the other hand though my sendee doesn't blog much she has at least provided me with great information so I'm halfway there.
