R.I.P.
Sadly, our 8 Minute Abs tape has seen the inside of the VCR for the last time. We've used it so much, the tape wore out. We already bought a replacement from buy.com, so we are 8 Minute Ab-less no more. This time, we got the DVD though, so hopefully there will be no more 8 Minute Ab deaths to report.
If you've never heard of or seen this this tape and want a good ab workout program, go and buy this now! The whole 8 minute series is pretty good. It's not a crazy workout, but certainly a good one. Oh and try to ignore the 80's factor of the whole thing. Seriously though, we bought the DVD - it must be good if we had to buy a replacement. Try it after running and you will feel it for sure!
